  • ¼ cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 tbsp Brown Swerve Sweetener
  • 1 tsp Peach Extract

For the Crumb Coating

  • 2 tbsp Almond Flour
  • 1 tbsp Brown Swerve Sweetener
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, butter, coconut flour, Brown Swerve Sweetener, and peach extract in a food processor.
  2. Leave to partially set in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  3. Blend all ingredients for the crumb coating in a bowl.
  4. Scoop the mixture into balls and roll to coat in the crumb mixture.
