Keto Apple Pie Fries With Caramel Sauce
Ingredients
 

For the dough

  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • ¼ tsp Powdered Stevia
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

For the Filling

  • 300 grams Zucchini, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Brown Swerve Sweetener
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder

For the Caramel Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • ¼ cup Brown Swerve Sweetener
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients for the filling in a non-stick pan. Stir over medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until zucchini is tender. Take off the heat and set aside.
