Keto Whipped Dalgona Coffee Fat Bombs
IngredientsFor the crust:

  • ⅓ C. Almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 2 Tbsp. Melted butter unsalted
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

For the whipped coffee:

  • 2 Tbsp. Instant Coffee dried
  • 2 Tbsp. Granulated sweetener
  • 2 Tbsp. Boiling water

Instructions

  1. Add the ingredients for the crust to a mixing bowl, and beat until a loose dough forms.
  2. Press the dough into the bottom ⅓ of 12 different compartments of a small square or rectangular candy mold.
  3. Add the ingredients for the whipped coffee to a mixing bowl, and beat on high until light and fluffy with soft peaks.
  4. Fill the 12 compartments of the candy mold the rest of the way to the top with the whipped coffee.
  5. Place the fat bombs into the freezer to set for at least 3 hours before serving.
