  • 1 C. Almond flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 Egg

  • 4-5 Strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp. Swerve granulated sweetener
  • 1 ½ tsp. Xanthan gum

For the icing:

  • 3 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Heavy whipping cream
