How to make keto spinach dip
Preheat oven to 350ΒΊ.
Place spinach on a large skillet covered with water and sprinkle with a bit of salt.
Bring to a boil, as soon as it starts boiling and spinach are bright green, strain the spinach and place them on a bowl with cool water (this will stop the cooking and they will remain bright green).
Chop the spinach.
Mix the chopped spinach with heavy cream
mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese
salt and pepper.
Place the mix on a baking mold
cover with parmesan cheese
and bake for 12 minutes, or until cheese melts.
Enjoy
