- ⅓ cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ¼ cup Cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter melted
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
For the icing:
- 5 tablespoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter softened
- 1 tablespoon Heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder unsweetened
- 2 tablespoon Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoon Sugar free sprinkles for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
