Preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a wire whisk.

Pour the mix over small cupcake cups (you’ll know when they are ready when inserting a stick and it comes out dry).

Ingredients

  • 100 gr. Almond Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp. Heavy Cream
  • 2 tsp. Stevia (more or less depending on desired sweetness)
  • ½ tsp. Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a wire whisk.
  3. Pour the mix over small cupcake cups (you’ll know when they are ready when inserting a stick and it comes out dry).
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, let them cool and enjoy.
