Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut oil, softened
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries, purred
  • 1/3 cup whole blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 teaspoons of stevia

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl place all ingredients and mix together.
  2. Scoop out of the batter with an ice cream scoop, and place the Keto fat bombs to your serving platter.
