How To Make Keto Instant Pot Blueberry Bread
Combine all of the ingredients
with the exception of the blueberries in a mixing bowl
and blend on high
until smooth
and creamy.
Gently fold the blueberries into the batter until well combined.
Place the batter into a well greased 6 inch springform pan.
Pour 1 cup of water into the bottom of the Instant Pot, and place a trivet on top of it in the center.
Put the filled Springform pan onto the trivet in the Instant Pot.
Place the lid on the Instant pot, being sure that the release valve is pointed to the sealing Cook on manual for 40 minutes, and then let the Instant Pot naturally release for another 12 minutes before turning the release valve to the venting position to release additional pressure.
Remove the bread from the Instant Pot, and allow it to cool.
Dust with some additional sugar substitute

- ¾ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ¼ C. Heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. Butter melted

- ½ C. Frozen blueberries
