How To Make Keto Caramel Apple Bars
Combine all ingredients for the caramel in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and return to the microwave for another 60 seconds.
Set aside.
Brush the sides and bottom of a microwave-safe bowl with coconut oil.
Put marshmallows in the bowl and set in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Add the heavy cream, vanilla, apple extract, and caramel flavoring into the bowl of marshmallows and stir well.
Return to the microwave for another 30 seconds. Stir.
Pour the marshmallow mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment.
Drizzle prepared caramel on top and marble in with a skewer.
Leave to cool to room temperature then freeze overnight.
Pull out of the baking pan and cut into bite-sized bars.
Serve and Enjoy
