Combine all ingredients for the caramel in a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and return to the microwave for another 60 seconds.

Set aside.

Brush the sides and bottom of a microwave-safe bowl with coconut oil.

Put marshmallows in the bowl and set in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Ingredients

  • 20 oz Sugar-Free Marshmallows
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • Β½ cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Apple Extract
  • 1 tsp Caramel Flavoring

for the Caramel

  • ΒΌ cup Brown Erythritol
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
