How to make keto chaffles
Preheat your mini waffle maker if needed.
Place the mozzarella cheese
and cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl.
Heat at 30 second intervals until the cheeses are completely melted and well combined.
Add the almond flour
baking powder
cinnamon, and 2 Tbsp of Swerve confectioners sugar substitute to the cheese mixture, and knead it with your hands until combined.
Place the dough into a mixing bowl and combine it with the egg.
Beat on high until smooth.
Add ⅓ of the batter to the heated waffle maker, and cook for 3-5 minutes until done to your liking.
Repeat step 5 with the remaining ⅔ of the batter in two separate batches to make 3 chaffles.
Beat together the ingredients
for the icing
and then drizzle
over the chaffles before serving.
Serve

- 2 tablespoon Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoon Almond flour

- ½ teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
For the icing:
- 2 tablespoon Heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoon Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions

I’ve tried EVERY chaffle recipe there possible is AND this one is by far THE BEST!!! I did alter the recipe slightly by adding 1/8 tsp of almond extract, Monkfruit (it was already in the pantry) instead of Swerve, and 1 tbsp of Cinnamon Roll Skinny Syrup.
