How to make keto cinnamon roll bites
Preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF.
Mix all ingredients except for the icing ingredients until smooth.
Fill individual muffin baking molds.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden on top.
Mix cream cheese, lemon juice and Stevia until smooth.
Drizzle over the mini cinnamon roll bites with cinnamon on top.

Ingredients
- ¾ cup Almond Flour
- ½ cup Almond Milk
- 3 tbsp. Shredded Coconut
- 2 tbsp. Stevia (or your favorite sweetener)
- 2 tbsp. Cream Cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
For the icing:
- 3 tbsp. Cream Cheese
- 1 Lemon, squeezed
- 1 tbsp. Stevia (or your favorite sweetener)
- 1 tsp. Grounded Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF.
- Mix all ingredients except for the icing ingredients until smooth.
- Fill individual muffin baking molds.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden on top.
- Mix cream cheese, lemon juice and Stevia until smooth.
- Drizzle over the mini cinnamon roll bites with cinnamon on top.
