How To Make Gluten Free Cinnamon Rolls
Whisk together the flour, xanthan, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
Blend in the butter, eggs, and milk until dough is smooth.
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface
and roll into a ¼” thick rectangle.
Blend together all ingredients for the filling
and spread over the dough.
Roll the dough tightly
and cut into 6 segments.
Place the pieces in baking pan lined with parchment.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350F.
Take the rolls out of the oven and leave to cool
Blend together powdered sugar and milk in a bowl
and drizzle over the rolls.
Serve

For the Dough
- 2 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Butter softened
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Milk
For the Filling
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon Powder
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter
For the Glaze
- ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tbsp Milk
Instructions
