  • 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Butter softened
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Milk

For the Filling

  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter

For the Glaze

  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Milk
