Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the ingredients for the brownies into a mixing bowl
and beat on high
until a smooth batter has formed.
Pour the batter into an even layer in the bottom of a well greased 9×9 baking dish.
Bake the brownies for 20-25 minutes until cooked completely through.
Let the brownies cool.
Mix together the ingredients for the icing
on high
until smooth and creamy.
Spread the icing onto the brownies in an even layer
and top with the sprinkles.
Place the brownies into the freezer for 30 minutes to set before slicing and serving.

- ⅓ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ¼ C. Cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 Stick unsalted butter melted
- 2 Eggs at room temperature
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

- 2 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar free sprinkles for garnish
