Ingredients

  • ⅔ C. Almond flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ C. Plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ C. Cocoa powder
  • ½ C. Swerve confectioner sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • ½ + ¼ C. Bake Believe white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients with the exception of the white chocolate chips. Beat on high until smooth.
  3. Fold ½ cup of the white chocolate chips into the batter, and smooth it into an even layer in a well-greased 9×9 baking dish.
