How to make keto peppermint patties
Mix coconut oil
sweetener
heavy cream
peppermint extract
and stir until well dissolved.
Pour mix on muffin molds – filling them only around ¼ inch.
Freeze them for over 2 hours.
Using a double boiler method (boil water on a pot, and place the chocolate over the steam – without touching the water – and stir until melted), melt chocolate chips.
Let the chocolate slightly cool – remove patties from the freezer and cover them completely.
Refrigerate them for around 2 hours.
Serve and Enjoy
