How To Make Keto Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour
protein powder
xanthan gum
cinnamon
baking soda
Swerve confectioner sugar substitute.
Mix to combine
Add softened butter
½ tsp of vanilla extract and an egg to the dry ingredients, and blend on high until it forms a dough.
Wrap the dough and place it in the freezer for one hour.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Roll the dough out into a thin layer between two pieces of parchment paper.
Cut the dough into squares with a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
Transfer the parchment paper to a large baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes until browned and starting to crisp up.
Add the granulated sweetener
and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to a bowl and combine.
Brush 1 tablespoon of melted butter over the cooked cereal.
Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the cereal.
Break the cereal into pieces before serving.
Enjoy on it’s own

- 2 Tbsp. Swerve granulated sweetener
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon

Do you have to use the protein powder? Can I add something else instead? Or more almond flour?
