Whisk together the butter, Brown Swerve Sweetener, and cinnamon powder in a bowl.
Set aside.
Add the mozzarella in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 1 minute.
Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds.
In a separate bowl, stir together almond flour, stevia, and baking powder.
Stir in the almond butter and egg into the melted cheese.
Blend in the dry ingredients into the cheese mixture.
Divide the dough into 2 balls.
Put each ball in between sheets of parchment
and flatten to about ¼ inch thickness with a rolling pin.
Spread the filling mixture on to one of the rolled out pieces of dough
and cover with the other piece.
Cut into strips about ½ inch wide.
Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for 8-10 minutes at 375F.
Then broil in low for 1-2 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to sit on the pan for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, whisk together all ingredients for the dip in a bowl.
Allow to cool then serve with dipping sauce on the side.
