Keto No Bake Cookies
These Keto No Bake Cookies are only three ingredients and are so easy, you wonât believe theyâre healthy. Chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream come together to make a smooth and delicious treat, perfect for killing cravings. Truly one of the best keto no bake desserts youâll discover.
One of my least favorite parts about baking when itâs still pretty warm outside is the oven making the house hot and gross. Outside of that, even if itâs not warm outside, baking usually takes up a good chunk of time I donât have. Donât get me wrong, I love baking, but prefer to have options that are quick and delicious. That way, Iâm not tempted to dive into other options that are quick and easy, but not near as healthy.
Thatâs why I came up with these easy keto no bake cookies. Not only are they my favorite flavor ever (chocolate), theyâre also creamy and rich without being unhealthy. This means cravings are satisfied pretty quickly without feeling like you need ten to make it through the day. Theyâre just rich enough that one is plenty, but not too rich that theyâre overwhelming.
How Do You Make Keto No Bake Cookies?
Youâre going to be so thrilled with how easy these keto pudding cookies are. In fact, itâs almost silly to explain how to make them because theyâre just that simple. Start with a big bowl and a greased muffin tin. Coconut oil is great for greasing the pan. In your bowl, place the pudding mix and heavy cream and whip until nice and thick. Toss in your chocolate chips then fill the muffin tin. Place in the freezer until solid and enjoy!
Tips for Making Keto No Bake Cookies
- If you donât want to add in chocolate chips, you definitely donât have to. In fact, if you prefer another add in, as long as itâs keto-friendly, you can use it in place of the chocolate chips. However, no add-in is necessary if you donât desire one.
- If you donât prefer chocolate, you can use any flavor of pudding mix to make these. Just be sure that the pudding mix is sugar free. These are a versatile keto pudding cookie which is why theyâre such a favorite.
- Be sure to grease the pan with something that wonât add flavor to these easy keto no bake cookies. Itâs definitely necessary to grease the pan so the cookies will slip right out once solid. If you donât, it may be a little difficult removing them from the pan in one piece.

Keto is a popular ingredient when it comes to desserts, more than any other type of recipe. Thankfully, it carries very few carbs, but loads of healthy fats. Thatâs such a small portion for such a great return, especially since healthy fats are a huge focus on the keto diet. In other words, yes, you can have coconut on keto.
