In a large bowl add soften butter and stevia.

Add in vanilla extract.

Add in peanut butter and stir well until combined.

Let it sit in freezer for about 15-20 minutes.

Roll small balls and each ball dip in melted dark chocolate.

  • 3 tablespoons stevia
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ΒΎ cup peanut butter, softened
  • 7 oz. dark unsweetened chocolate, melted or sugar free Lilys chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl add soften butter and stevia.
  2. Add in vanilla extract.
  3. Add in peanut butter and stir well until combined.
  4. Let it sit in freezer for about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Roll small balls and each ball dip in melted dark chocolate.
  6. Let it sit for 5 minutes in fridge and serve.
