How to make keto white chocolate brownies
Line an 8”x8” pan with parchment.
Whisk together eggs, melted butter, erythritol, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, salt, and baking powder.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Fold in the chocolate chips into the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350F.
Take out of the oven and leave to cool.
Optionally, melt about 1/3 cup of white chocolate chips and drizzle on top of the blondies.
Once chocolate is fully set, cut blondies into serving-sized squares.
