How To Make Keto Snickers Candy Fat Bombs
Place one tablespoon of the coconut oil and the chocolate baking chips into a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave at 30 second intervals until completely melted and well blended. Set the chocolate mixture aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour
the second tablespoon of coconut oil
Swerve sweetener
peanut butter. Blend the ingredients on high until smooth and creamy.
Place the peanut butter mixture into the freezer to chill for 20-30 minutes.
Form the peanut butter mixture into small fat bombs, and place 2-3 peanuts in the center of each one.
Dip the prepared snickers fat bombs into the chocolate mixture, and place the fat bombs back into the freezer to chill until the chocolate has hardened.
Serve immediately
or store uneaten fat bombs in an airtight container in the freezer.

- .45 cup Almond flour
- 2 tablespoon Coconut oil divided
- 3 tablespoon Low carb peanut butter or almond butter
- 3 tablespoon Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon Peanuts
- ¼ cup Lilys chocolate baking chips
Instructions

I thought peanuts were a no-no on keto? can these be replaced with toasted almonds, walnuts or macadamias?

Of course you can replace w macs or any other nut you feel fits your way of eating. Peanuts are not our friend on K.

These look delish!!! Exactly how much is .45 cup of Almond flour…in grams??? I usually weigh dry ingredients….looks like less than 1/2 cup but I like to be exact. Thanks!
