How To Make Keto Baked Fettuccine Alfredo
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and grease a small casserole dish well.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat on the stove.
Add the onion to the skillet, and saute until beginning to soften.
Stir in the garlic, and saute 30 seconds more.
Pour in the white cooking wine,
oregano,
basil and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until the liquid is reduced by half.
Stir in the heavy whipping cream, and simmer until thickened.
Mix in the palmini noodles
and add the parmesan.
When the sauce is very thick, pour the mixture into the casserole dish.
Top with the mozzarella cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
Let cool slightly,
and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- 1 Can Palmini linguine noodles rinsed and drained
- ½ C. Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 C. Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
