How To Make Keto Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo

Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium high heat.

Season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste, and cook in the heated oil until done.

Remove and set aside.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Shrimp peeled deveined and tails on or off
  • 1 Can Palmini linguine noodles rinsed and drained
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter unsalted
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • ¼ C. Chicken broth
  • 1 C. Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • ½ C. Parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

  • Place the palmini noodles in the skillet and toss to coat well in the sauce.
  • Simmer for another 5 minutes before serving garnished with parsley.

Notes

If you aren't keto and want just a gluten free option - switch out Palmini linguine noodles for gluten free noodles.
