Add the salsa to the bottom of a 9×9 baking dish in an even layer.

  • ½ C. Salsa
  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 Packet taco seasoning
  • 1 C. Cottage cheese
  • ⅓ C. Parmesan cheese grated
  • ¼ C. Low carb queso or cheddar cheese sauce
  • 1 C. Shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ C. Chopped green onions for garnish
  • 1 Can Palmini lasagna noodles rinsed and drained
