How to Make Keto Cajun Baked Pork Ribs
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Mix together all of the ingredients for the braising liquid,
and whisk to combine well.
Place the pork ribs in a large mixing bowl,
and sprinkle with the dry rub ingredients.
Rub the seasonings into the pork ribs.
Fold together two large pieces of tin foil to make one large packet piece.
Place the tin foil paper onto a large baking sheet.
Layer the pork ribs in the center of the baking sheet.
Fold the sides of the tin foil up, and pinch closed, but leave the top open.
Pour the liquid mixture into the tin foil packet, and over the ribs.
Fold the tops of the tin foil packet closed tightly.
Bake the ribs for 3 hours in the oven.
When done, you can baste with the braising liquid and place the ribs under the broiler if desired.

- ½ C. Swerve brown sugar substitute
- 1 ½ Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. Chili powder
- 2 tsp. Paprika
- Salt to taste
For the braising liquid:
- 2 Tbsp. Swerve brown sugar substitute
- 3 tsp. Minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ⅔ C. White cooking wine
Instructions
