  • 8 oz. Lump crab meat
  • 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • ½ C. Pork rind crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
