Stir together all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
Lightly season shrimp with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a wok.
Add chili flakes and shrimp.
Stir for 1-2 minutes.

Add sauce mixture in and simmer for 2 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 tsp Dried Chili Flakes
- 300 grams Large Shrimp peeled and deveined
- ½ cup Diced Red and Green Bell Peppers
- 2 tbsp Roasted Cashews
- 2 tbsp Chopped Spring Onions
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- For the Sweet and Sour Sauce
- ¼ cup Sugar-Free Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1.5 tbsp Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Erythritol
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Water
Instructions
- Stir together all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
- Lightly season shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok.
- Add chili flakes and shrimp. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
- Add bell peppers and cashews. Stir for another minute.
