Stir together all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.

  • 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 tsp Dried Chili Flakes
  • 300 grams Large Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup Diced Red and Green Bell Peppers
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Cashews
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Spring Onions
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • For the Sweet and Sour Sauce
  • ¼ cup Sugar-Free Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 1.5 tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Erythritol
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Water

Instructions
 

  • Stir together all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
