Ingredients
  

  • 3 C. Shredded chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp. Olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp. Italian seasoning divided
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter unsalted
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • ¼ C. Chopped roasted red peppers
  • 1 C. Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ½ C. Italian blend shredded cheese divided
  • 2 C. Spinach leaves raw
  • 1 Can Palmini linguini rinsed and drained
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the olive oil and shredded chicken to a skillet over medium heat.
  • Stir in ½ tsp of Italian seasoning,and saute until the chicken is warmed through. Remove, and set aside.
