How To Make Keto Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo
Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium high heat.
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste, and cook in the heated oil until done.
Remove and set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter to the skillet.
Mix in the minced garlic, and saute another 30 seconds.
Stir in the chicken broth,
heavy whipping cream
and Italian seasoning.
Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Add in the parmesan cheese,
and then return the shrimp to the skillet.
Place the palmini noodles in the skillet and toss to coat well in the sauce.
Simmer for another 5 minutes
before serving garnished with parsley.

- 1 Can Palmini linguine noodles rinsed and drained
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. Butter unsalted
- 2 tsp. Minced garlic
- ¼ C. Chicken broth
- 1 C. Heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- ½ C. Parmesan cheese grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
