How To Make Keto Taco Lasagna Pasta Roll Ups
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add the salsa to the bottom of a 9×9 baking dish in an even layer.
Cook the ground beef over medium high heat in a skillet until completely browned.
Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the taco seasoning, and saute a few more minutes.
Remove, and let cool.
Mix the meat,
cottage cheese
and parmesan cheese together in a bowl.
Fill each lasagna noodle with the meat mixture, and roll closed.
Layer the filled noodles over the pasta in the baking dish.
Top the rollups with the queso or cheddar cheese sauce.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle with the cheddar cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with green onion before serving.

- 1 C. Cottage cheese
- ⅓ C. Parmesan cheese grated
- ¼ C. Low carb queso or cheddar cheese sauce
- 1 C. Shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ C. Chopped green onions for garnish
- 1 Can Palmini lasagna noodles rinsed and drained
Instructions
