How To Make Keto Cinnamon Rolls
Whisk all ingredients for the filling in a bowl.
Put the mozzarella in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave for 60 seconds or until fully melted.
Stir in the egg.
Then add almond flour and coconut flour.
Stir and knead into a smooth dough.
Put the dough in between sheets of parchment
and roll to about ΒΌβ thickness with a rolling pin.
Spread the prepared filling onto the flattened dough.
Cut the dough into 1.5β thick strips
and roll
Arrange the rolls in a lightly oiled baking dish and bake for 15 minutes at 350F.
Meanwhile, whisk all ingredients for the frosting in a bowl.
Take the dish out of the oven and drizzle frosting on top.
Serve
