  • Β½ cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1 Egg

For the Filling

  • 3 tbsp Soft Butter
  • 3 tbsp Brown Swerve Sweetener
  • Β½ tsp Cinnamon Powder

For the Frosting

  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Powdered Erythritol
  • 1 tbsp Almond Milk

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients for the filling in a bowl.
  2. Put the mozzarella in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 60 seconds or until fully melted.
  3. Stir in the egg. Then add almond flour and coconut flour. Stir and knead into a smooth dough.
