How To Make Keto Glaze Donut Roll Ups
Beat the eggs, heavy cream, water, and vanilla extract in a bowl
Blend in the coconut flour until mixture is very smooth.
Ladle in about ¼ cup of the batter in a lightly oiled non-stick skillet.
Swirl around in a thin even layer.
Cook over low heat for about a minute.
Flip and cook for a few more seconds.

Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- ¼ cup Heavy Cream
- ¼ cup Water
- ¼ cup Coconut Flour
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cup Almond Butter
for the Glaze
- 1/3 cup Powdered Erythritol
- 1 tablespoon Almond Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Beat the eggs, heavy cream, water, and vanilla extract in a bowl
- Whisk in the heavy cream, water, and vanilla extract.
- Blend in the coconut flour until mixture is very smooth.
