How to make keto cake donuts
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour
Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
and baking powder. Mix to combine well.
Add the softened butter, 2 eggs
Heavy whipping cream to the dry ingredients, and blend on high until well combined.
Pour the batter mixture into the molds of a donut baking pan, filling each section about ¾ of the way full
Bake for 10-15 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Let the donuts cool completely.
In a bowl
combine the ingredients
for the glaze.
Dip the top of each donut into the glaze, and allow to set.
You can place the donuts into the freezer for a few minutes to help the glaze set faster if desired.
Serve
