- ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- For the Topping
- 3 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 3 tbsp Powdered Erythritol
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients for the topping in a bowl until smooth.
- Whisk all ingredients for the bread in a microwave-safe dish.
- Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds.
- Allow bread to cool for a few minutes before cutting.
- Whisk all ingredients for the coating.
- Dip both sides of the bread in the mixture.
- Pan-fry in butter for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Top with prepared topping then drizzle sugar-free chocolate on top.
