- 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- For the Coating
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 1 tbsp Bown Erythritol
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- For the Icing
- 1 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1.5 tbsp Powdered Erythritol
- 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
- Blend all ingredients for the icing in a bowl. Set aside.
- Whisk all ingredients for the bread in a bowl & transfer to microwave safe dish
- Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds.
- Allow bread to cool for a few minutes before cutting.
- Whisk all ingredients for the coating.
- Dip both sides of the bread in the mixture.
- Pan-fry in butter for 2-3 minutes per side.
