How To Make Keto Chicken Fajita Pasta

Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry.

Put on a cutting board.

Cut into one-inch strips.

Ingredients
  

  • One boneless chicken breast skinless, 450 g.
  • 1 can of palmini lasagna drained, 227 g.
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 green bell pepper 80 g.
  • 1 large red onion 80 g.
