How To Make Keto Creamy Salmon Pasta
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Rub the olive oil over the salmon and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the garlic powder over the salmon,
as well as a squeeze of lemon juice.
Bake the salmon for 10-15 minutes until completely done.
Let cool and then flake the salmon into pieces.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat on the stove.
Add in the onions and saute until tender.
Stir in the garlic and saute 3 more minutes.
Add in the palmini noodles and saute for 5 minutes.
Pour in the white cooking wine and cook until the liquid is reduced by half.
Stir in the heavy whipping cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix in the spinach until wilted.
Stir in the flaked salmon
and serve.
