How to Make Keto Honey Walnut Chicken
Combine the water and ⅔ cup granulated Swerve in a pot over medium high heat.
Bring to a boil.
Add the walnuts to the boiling sugar water, and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Remove, drain and dry well.
Place the oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove, and season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
Saute the chicken in the heated oil until cooked through.
While the chicken is cooking, combine the mayonnaise,
sugar free honey,
confectioner sugar substitute,
heavy whipping cream in a bowl.
Pour the mixture over the chicken, and toss to coat well.
Mix in the green onions,
remove from the heat and serve,
garnished with the candied walnuts.

- ⅔ C. Granulated Swerve sugar substitute
- ½ C. Walnuts chopped
- 1 lb. Boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into pieces
- 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar free honey
- ¼ C. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Heavy whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ¼ C. Green onions
Instructions
