  • 1 C. Water
  • ⅔ C. Granulated Swerve sugar substitute
  • ½ C. Walnuts chopped
  • 1 lb. Boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar free honey
  • ¼ C. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • ¼ C. Green onions

Instructions
 

  • Combine the water and ⅔ cup granulated Swerve in a pot over medium high heat. Bring to a boil.
  • Add the walnuts to the boiling sugar water, and boil for 2-3 minutes. Remove, drain and dry well.

  • While the chicken is cooking, combine the sugar free honey, mayonnaise, heavy whipping cream and confectioner sugar substitute in a bowl.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken, and toss to coat well.
  • Mix in the green onions, remove from the heat and serve, garnished with the candied walnuts.
