How to Make Keto Firecracker Chicken Meatballs
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Combine the ingredients for the meatballs in a mixing bowl.
Form the mixture into 20 evenly sized meatballs, and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
While the meatballs are baking, place the ingredients for the sauce into a saucepan over medium heat on the stove.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Let cool.
Baste the meatballs with the sauce,
and place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes before serving.

- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning

- 3 tsp. Minced garlic
- 1 C. Pork rind crumbs
- ¼ C. Parmesan cheese grated
- Salt and pepper to taste

- ½ C. Swerve brown sugar substitute
- ¼ C. Hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
