  • 1 lb. Cooked chicken chopped
  • 1 Bag coleslaw mix
  • 1 C. Shredded or chopped red cabbage
  • ¼ C. Green onions chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. Ginger paste
  • 1 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Swerve brown sugar substitute.

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, shredded red cabbage, chopped chicken and green onions. Toss to combine well.
  • Whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, ginger paste, rice vinegar, olive oil and brown sugar Swerve in a small bowl until well combined.
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the salad, and stir to combine well.
  • Serve immediately, or chill before serving if desired.
