How To Make Keto Mcdonalds Copycat Donut Sticks
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour
protein powder
baking powder, baking soda
and โ cup of Swerve confectioners sugar substitute.
Mix to combine well.
Add the eggs, apple cider vinegar
vanilla extract
and softened cream cheese to the dry ingredients, and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Place the mixture into the freezer for 15-20 minutes to chill. This will make it easier to work with.
Place a small amount of water on your hands, and form the dough into 12 long thin stick shapes, and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
The water will help to keep the dough from sticking to your hands.
Bake the donut sticks for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Let the donut sticks cool slightly, and then brush each one with the melted butter.
Combine the granulated sweetener and cinnamon in a bowl, and sprinkle the mixture over the butter covered donut sticks to coat.
Melt the coconut oil and Lilyโs baking chips in the microwave at 30 second intervals until combined and completely melted.
Dip the donut sticks into the chocolate sauce if desired, and serve.
