Ingredients
- 1 Can Palmini linguine noodles drained and rinsed well
- ¼ C. Chopped cucumber
- ¼ C. Chopped red bell pepper
- ¼ C. Chopped red onion
- 1 Hard boiled egg chopped
For the dressing:
- ¼ C. Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Sour cream
- 1 tsp. Red Wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ½ tsp. Dijon mustard
- Pinch Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
