Whisk in the eggs and vanilla
Add almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and erythritol.
Mix well then fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour in well greased loaf pan.
Shake pan lightly to fill any gaps.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

- 1.5 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 cup Erythritol
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- ¼ cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
