- ½ Red bell pepper diced
- 1 Roma tomato diced
- 1 Jalapeno pepper deseeded and diced finely

- ½ tsp. Chili powder
- ½ tsp. Cumin
- 3 Tbsp. Olive oil
- Juice from ½ a lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cilantro chopped for garnish
